    Operations Manager

    We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day business operations in Bloemfontein.

    The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of MCM Bloemfontein's operations. This includes overseeing logistics, warehouse management, service operations, customer service, and team leadership to ensure smooth business processes and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Branch Operations Management
      Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bloemfontein branch, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
      Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational activities.
      Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
    2. Logistics & Inventory Control
      Manage stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for machine and parts inventory.
      Oversee incoming shipments, storage, and dispatch of equipment and spare parts.
    3. Service & After-Sales Support
      Oversee the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process to ensure machinery meets MCM's quality standards before delivery.
      Supervise the service team to provide maintenance and technical support for customers.
    4. Team Leadership & Staff Development
      Lead and manage branch employees, including warehouse, service, and administrative staff.
      Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
    5. Customer Service & Relationship Management
      Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining strong relationships with clients and responding to their needs.
      Assist in sales support by providing operational insights and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
    6. Financial & Performance Management
      Manage the branch's operational budget, optimizing costs and resource allocation.
      Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency.
