THE ROLE
Financial advisors / Business Development Consultants are committed, driven, results oriented advisers who are able to work on their own as well as in a team environment

Financial advisors / Business Development Consultants advise primarily on motor and household domestic insurance.

Financial advisors / Business Development Consultants who are TARGET DRIVEN

You will engage with clients telephonically and face to face

You will be required to source your own leads

Strong sales abilities & must be customer service orientated

  • Very strong communicator
  • Must be prepared and willing to travel to client sites for meetings

SALARY
Starting Basic R Will increase to R in 6 months plus UNCAPPED Commission

Plus Medical Aid, Pension Fund and Incentives


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Matric/Grade 12:
  • RE 5 FAIS Regulatory examination for Representatives
  • FAIS Credits (min 30 credits in short term insurance if date of first appointment is before 2010); or if date of first appointment is on or after 01/01/2010, a full recognised qualification as per the FSCA qualification list.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years' experience sourcing own leads (prospecting/cold calling)
- a proven track record in a client facing face-to-face sales role

  • Minimum of 3 years personal lines sales experience in the shortterm insurance space.


  • MUST HAVE

  • Own vehicle and license

Salary:
From R15,000.00 per month
