The Midrand branch of Green Overall is growing and we are looking for someone to lead a small team to install our water conservation systems for residential and commercial customers in the Johannesburg North Area.
The team leader is expected to meet at the company premises on the morning of each installation to load the equipment required for the day, pick up the team and head to site which may be in any part of greater Johannesburg.
The Team Leader will assist with all components of the installation (which may include some physical labour from time to time) and will ensure that the installation is completed at the highest standard, on time and with mínimal call-backs.
The Installation team is typically made up of the following:- Team Leader
- Plumber
- Labourer/Assistant
Required Skills:
Experience
Experience in plumbing. Some construction and electrical experience will also be an advantage.
Other requirements
- Experience managing teams
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- SA ID or valid work permit
- Valid driver's license
On-the-job training will be provided.
Salary:
From R8,000.00 per month
