Requirements:
Grade 12
Company secretarial course would be advantageous
Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
Be proactive
Excellent planning and organising skills
Quality and detail orientation
Attention to detail
Very strong administrative background.
High standards in regards to the quality of their work
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Duties and responsibilities:
Prepare company secretarial documentation (trusts / companies / CC's) and present to clients
Prepare letters to Registrar, SARS and the Master's Office
Updating and maintaining statutory records
Lodge CIPC documents
Collate documents for registrations, de-registrations and formations (PTY's, CC's and Trusts)
SARS registration and communication
Office Administration
Salary:
From R8 000,00 per month
