    Job Title: Corporate Travel Coordinator

    About the Role

    This is a dynamic role that requires a detail-oriented individual to coordinate travel arrangements for employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Book domestic and international flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements in accordance with company policies and employee schedules.
    • Arrange travel itineraries, ensuring that all necessary details are included and communicated to relevant parties.
    • Maintain accurate records of bookings, vendor contacts, and travel reports.
    • Assist with visa processing and travel documentation as required.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
    • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of financial concepts.
    • Bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English.
    • A matric certificate with Mathematics and a diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
    • A valid driver's license and own transportation.
