    Requirements:
    Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
    Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
    Professional communication skills.
    Ability to multi-task and perform duties independently.
    Dedicated and a strong level of integrity.
    Computer literate.
    Reliable transport.

    Responsibilities:
    Greet and welcome guests on arrival.
    Switchboard management.
    Travel arrangements.
    Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
    Collecting timesheets from sites.
    Ordering and arranging safety gear.
    General office support administrative duties.
