Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain client IT infrastructures, including workstations, servers, and networks.
  • Provide remote and onsite support to clients as required.
  • Coordinate with team members and thirdparty vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure that all support requests are appropriately documented and tracked.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 34 years of IT support experience, preferably within an MSP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows server environments, network protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V are a plus.
  • Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) and professional services automation (PSA) tools.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
