Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain client IT infrastructures, including workstations, servers, and networks.
- Provide remote and onsite support to clients as required.
- Coordinate with team members and thirdparty vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure that all support requests are appropriately documented and tracked.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 34 years of IT support experience, preferably within an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows server environments, network protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V are a plus.
- Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) and professional services automation (PSA) tools.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
