    The ideal candidate will hold a BA (Hons) Psychology and have a strong background in the Corporate Sector. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is also advantageous.

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Manager with a proven track record in strategy execution, operations, and financial management. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing teams, performance measurement, and staff development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and Execute Strategy: Develop and execute the division's strategy to achieve long-term objectives, translating it into actionable plans and ensuring effective implementation.
    • Expand Business: Expand business, with a focus on the corporate sector.
    • Improve Brand Awareness: Improve brand awareness through targeted strategies and initiatives.
    • Build Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, positioning the company as a preferred service provider and expert.
    • Operational Efficiency: Establish and enforce procedures to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
    • Contingency Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain business contingency plans.
    • Cost Control: Control costs effectively to maintain profitability.
    • Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of exceptional service across all operations.
    • Financial Management: Manage the division's budget, implement cost controls, and drive profitability to surpass budget and prior year targets.
    • Staff Performance: Improve staff performance measurement and management Identify, attract, and retain talented individuals for key positions, ensuring succession plans are in place.
    • Staff Development: Identify and address staff development needs through targeted training plans.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and ethical standards.
    • Industry Memberships: Ensure requirements for the maintenance of Industry Body memberships and registrations are met and maintained.
    • Contract Review: Review and sign off on Client and Service provider contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
    • Process Documents: Review and sign-off of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Process Documents.
    • Quality Assurance: Periodic Quality Assurance on services and reviews on ISO Compliance within the department.
    • Client Analysis: Review and analyse reports for clients to ensure alignment with their needs, expectations and SLA's.
    • Client Relationships: Meet regularly with strategic clients to maintain strong relationships and address concerns.

    Requirements

    • Education: BA (Hons) Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
    • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a Managerial role.
    • Skills: Strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, and closing skills.
    • Qualifications: Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.

    Working Hours

    Monday to Friday (08h00 to 16h30). Overtime as and when required.
