    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Contract Management: Assist in preparing contractual agreements, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
    • Risk Management: Effectively solve problems and manage risks to achieve targets.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare presentations, proposals, contract reports as necessary, and provide regular reports and analysis.
    • Client Liaison: Monitor company services, resolve issues promptly, and represent client interests within the company.
    • Relationship Building: Establish a close relationship with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and reporting deviations.
    • Market Insights: Advise on market changes and competitor activities, maintaining a strong network of relationships.
    • Communication: Act as the key interface between customers and all relevant divisions.

    Requirements:

    • Educational Background: Grade 12 with a relevant degree or diploma.
    • Experience: 5-10 years in a Key Accounts role, with specific experience in Key Account Management.
    • Skillset: Good customer service orientation, effective communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
