    About the Job: Senior Industrial Process Engineer

    Fully Onsite
    Location: Midrand

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Industrial Process Engineer to optimize industrial processes and advance manufacturing efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze, design, and implement complex processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety across our operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Process Analysis: Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and systems to identify improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
    2. Process Design: Design and develop new processes or enhance existing ones to drive productivity and align with production goals.
    3. Implementation: Oversee the implementation of process improvements, ensuring successful execution and integration into existing systems.
    4. Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex process-related issues, implementing corrective actions to mitigate operational disruptions.
    5. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, modifications, and improvements for reference and compliance.
    6. Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of process improvements.
    7. Compliance: Ensure that all processes adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
    8. Training: Deliver training and mentorship on new processes and best practices.
    9. Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize workflows and identify inefficiencies.

    Qualifications:

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is highly desirable.
    2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial process engineering or a related senior role. Experience in Telecommunications is advantageous.
    3. Skills:
      • Expertise in process analysis, design, and optimization.
      • Advanced proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
      • In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    4. Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment, systems, and software related to process control and automation.

    Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum.
