    Description

    SITE SUPERVISOR

    Located at our Head Office in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on various projects across the country.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise the fit-out and refurbishment of new builds and facility upgrades under the guidance of our Senior Project Manager.
    • Develop a deep understanding of architectural drawings and project management principles.
    • Maintain effective relationships with on-site contractors and ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
    • Prior experience with fit-out projects on site will be highly advantageous.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrate the ability to work independently under pressure, meeting all project timelines and deadlines.
    • Possess comprehensive knowledge of fit out and construction practices.
    • Be proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel and Word.
    • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Hold a valid driver's licence and be willing to travel for national projects.
