    Job Summary

    This role requires an individual with a strong background in Electrical Trade and 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales within the Electrical Wholesale environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive sales and grow revenue, excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical and business acumen.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical wholesale market.
    • Develop account plans to maximise sales potential with existing and new customers.
    • Achieve sales targets, negotiate orders, and ensure accurate pricing execution.
    • Prepare and present technical proposals and product solutions to customers.
    • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.

    Customer & Stakeholder Management:

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and service excellence.
    • Work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
    • Provide technical sales support, product demonstrations, and training to customers.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by staying updated on industry trends and power solutions.

    Operational & Compliance Performance:

    • Participate in sales forecasting and reporting to track progress toward targets.
    • Ensure all products and solutions meet customer requirements in terms of scope, cost, and quality.
    • Adhere to SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) and ISO 9001 standards within the business.
    • Resolve any customer escalations efficiently and professionally.

    Training & Development:

    • Continuously develop product knowledge and technical expertise.
    • Provide training and mentoring to improve the technical skills of sales and support teams.
