    Responsibilities:

    • Manage switchboard operations and coordinate office activities
    • Operate and maintain office systems and equipment
    • Assist internal and external clients with administrative tasks
    • Maintain records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data

    Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Office Administration Certificate/Diploma
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a secretarial/receptionist position
    • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite
