About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Art Director who embodies our philosophy of divine discontent, embracing modern marketing principles and being a self-starter. This individual should be willing to challenge the norm and have 5-8+ years of experience in the field.

To complement this role, we will also be looking for:

• A highly conceptual individual with a minimum of 5 projects
• Someone who demonstrates exceptional strategic thinking with at least 2 examples
• A track record of leading the conceptualization and execution of campaigns with a minimum of 4 examples
• In-depth understanding of new and existing digital platforms
• Familiarity with various programs, including editing and recording software

Responsibilities

As a senior creative, you will lead our passionate studio, guiding more junior members to deliver exceptional integrated concepts that exceed client briefs and expectations.

You will be a key contact point in our agency, working on multiple projects simultaneously, attending every review with new ideas, and running projects independently.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Participating in the strategic process and interrogating the brief
• Having a deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, as well as content planning and executions
• Scoping, planning, and managing the creative process on social media projects
• Managing and mentoring the creative team
• Working with other disciplines to ensure cohesive team integration and alignment with broader business objectives
• Championing innovative social media solutions on every brief
• Playing an active role in campaign and always-on planning
• Participating in pitches for new business
• Defining the visual language of overall campaigns
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Generating ideas and selling them into clients and other team members
• Making mock-ups and executing creative ideas
• Consistently producing creative elements against a deliverables list
• Leading brainstorms and conceptualization
• Leading the craft of an idea
• Compiling presentations for clients and new ways to present
• Attending client briefings and presenting to clients
• Attending film and photoshoots
• Understanding media specs
• Sourcing inspirational material and references to push creativity

You Will Also Be Required to Develop:

• A good understanding of social media, influencers, mobile, podcast, guerrilla, activations, and direct marketing
• A strong understanding of pop culture and relevance
• Great time management skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Adept problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide rationales for creative choices made
• Strong presentation skills
• An in-depth working knowledge of existing and emerging technologies and platforms
• A strong understanding of strategic processes
• Able to work with team members and delegate effectively
• Understand the clients' business requirements and understand how our services should be applied to solve business problems
• Be agile
