As a Sales Specialist, you will be a key player in promoting our offerings to customers, ensuring their needs are met, and contributing to the overall success of our business.


Your Role:


As a Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be on selling our diverse range of products, systems, and services to customers, with a keen eye on achieving volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize effective valuebased sales techniques to drive successful outcomes of transactions, contracts, and proposals in alignment with my client's offering and strategy.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, prepare visit reports, and utilizing company tools to track progress.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities in the designated market and channel, promoting crosscollaboration within the organization.
  • Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate the value proposition to customers effectively.
  • Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and provide support in cash collection and project management activities when required.
  • Collaborate with the bid and proposal department and/or Marketing Manager to prepare offers, considering technical and financial aspects, including prices and trading conditions.

Your Background:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Low Voltage OEM and Panel Builder channel business, with an established and solid customer base.
  • Technical background and formal technical qualifications to effectively communicate technical aspects of our offerings.
  • Fluency in the English language is mandatory for effective communication with global customers and colleagues.
