    Description
    Candidate Requirements:

    A qualification in Hospitality is advantageous
    Must have completed a Computer course
    Should have excellent finance skills
    Previous working experience on Panstrat will be beneficial
    Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable hosting guests
    Good time keeping skills
    Should have the ability to multitask, work efficiently and quickly
    Must be friendly, outgoing and presentable

    Key Duties:
    • Creditor and Debtor admin
    • GRV's
    • Obtaining Statements; balancing of creditor statements, general admin and filing
    • Cloud scanning
    • Ensuring stock takes are on
    • Spot checks of stock takes

    General Duties:
    • Record and communicate guest details, preferences, and requirements to relevant departments prior to arrival and departure.
    • Facilitate day excursions and ensure departments are informed of guest bookings and activities.
    • Manage guest arrivals, check-ins, and departures, including confirming flights, transfers, and ETAs.
    • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special arrangements such as anniversaries or birthdays, ensuring seamless communication with departments.
    • Maintain attention to detail in guest areas, including cleanliness, presentation of welcome materials, menu printing, and ensuring guest satisfaction with meals and services.
