Job Purpose:

To source and place suitably qualified and academically approved teaching and learning professionals including lecturers (full time and part time), programme coordinators and programme managers within the faculties of Commerce, Humanities, ICT and School of Education.

Responsibilities:

Implementing the endtoend recruitment process
Conducting and managing all recruitment requirements on campus
Facilitating the onboarding of the new hires
Communication and relationship management with hiring managers
Drafting of contracts
Managing the functionality of Recruitment Systems
Reporting on overall recruitment status on campus

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelors degree in HR or any other related field
APSO certified would be advantageous
Minimum 5 years experience as a recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and placing scares skills and hard to fill positions

Skills:

Customer service orientated
Target driven and can work well under pressure
Attention to details
Tenacious and gritty
Excellent communication skills
