Working hours:
Mondays to Fridays 08:00 to 17:00; Saturdays 09:00 to 13:00
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
National Senior Certificate
Code E drivers license
Practical knowledge & experience of Microsoft Office -Outlook, Word & Excel (intermediate level)
Previous experience in similar role

COMPETENCIES - MANAGING OTHERS: Excellent inter-personal skills
COMPETENCIES - MANAGING THE JOB:Appreciates the importance of client's experience, from first contact through to after-sales contact. Positive attitude. Ability to communicate with clients. Basic understanding of financial aspects.
COMPETENCIES - SPECIALISED:Previous experience in sales/medical device industry beneficial.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and assist clients visiting the shop
- Provide clients with product information
- Provide clients with aftersales service and escalate to HQ if and when necessary
- Receive and record stock received
- Handle sales transactions of stock/medical devicesRecordkeeping and reconciliation of daily sales
- Order stock as and when requiredReconcile stock daily
- Handle incoming telephone call
- Provide EDNA Accounts Department/HQ with relevant information for billing purposes

Up to R8 000,00 per month
