Non-ferrous experience advantageous.

Manage Supervisors in Sand, die casting, Pattern shop and tool room.

Manage output to meet sheduled job orders timeously.

Quality must meet client specifications.

Downtime reduction be compliance to Maintenance and Continous improvement exercises.

Facilitate and mentor team members.

Adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.
