    Job Description

    Responsible Sourcing Specialist

    This role is within the Group Services department and will support the development and implementation of Responsible Sourcing Standards and Vendor Management processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Implement responsible sourcing through supply chain due diligence for new and existing suppliers, focusing on human rights, modern slavery, and environmental compliance.
    2. Manage the Know Your Counterparty (KYC) process for all vendors and ensure timely reporting.
    3. Compile and analyze mandatory supplier documentation, including transaction forms and questionnaires.
    4. Train internal and external stakeholders on vendor management requirements.
    5. Produce regular reports on key KPIs across the vendor management lifecycle.
    6. Collaborate with the supply team to support vendor management projects and address inquiries.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    A relevant degree in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.

    Minimum Experience

    At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, including:

    1. Responsible sourcing.
    2. Supply chain due diligence.
    3. Compliance and KYC.
    4. Vendor management and sustainability practices.
