Front of House Manager for popular restaurant in Kloof Street

General responsibilities include

  • Day to day runnings of the restaurant
  • Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution, problem solving
  • Staff management for a large staff compliment
  • Daily cash ups (Gaap)
  • Food and Beverage knowledge a must in order to maintain quality control
  • Must have own transport and be able to work night shifts. Typical shift is 4pm 1am.
