Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs to meet the organization's needs. They will work closely with the Head-Training and Development to formulate training initiatives that align with accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and provide effective training services designed to meet the organisation's needs and ensure training efficiency
• Identify training needs and approach through interaction with learners' ad through market information
• Design and develop best in class training programmes and interventions
• Deliver training and conduct assessments in accordance with approved curricula, schedules and objectives.

Requirements

• Grade 12- Math, Science & English
• HSE NQF Level 4 qualification
• Relevant Artisan qualification
• Minimum of 3 years post HSE qualification and post trade test, relevant industry experience
• Conversant with the application of basic principles of management

Performance Indicators

• Liaise with Head-Training and Development and formulate effective training initiatives designed to meet Clients Training and external Client's operational needs to ensure effective training interventions which conforms to accreditation requirements.
• Actively participate in Clients Training's safety initiatives and programs to ensure effective integration thereof in learning interventions.
• Cultivate a motivational atmosphere of learning and development to facilitate the effective roll out of institutional and in service training programs.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment where they will be required to maintain up-to-date learner, employees and contractors records and POEs in line with set procedures.
