Description

My client who is rapidly growing in the solar industry is looking to employ a PV Project Manager.

They are a renewable energy company based in Cape Town who designs, supplies, installs and maintains solar thermal and photovoltaic systems with great emphasis on quality.

Position details:

Type:
Permanent

Primary purpose:
To run an electrical & solar panel installer team.

Job description / core competencies:
Must have at least a few years of experience in PV project management, planning and execution of installations.
Vast experience with high-end residential installations regarding PV and battery backup systems.

Knows Victron systems in and out and is able to commission these, ideally with different battery types like BYD, Pylontech, Solar MD and Blue Nova in single and three-phase configuration.

ideally has also experience with other inverter brands like Goodwe and SMA.
A team player with emotional intelligence to delegate teams and motivate them for efficient workflows.
Wants to work in a company which offers future personal growth from a financial and personal perspective.
