    Role Responsibilities:

    • Join the Roads team within our Global Design Centre in Tshwane, contributing to road-related infrastructure design and modelling.
    • Focus on infrastructure projects in Australia and New Zealand, collaborating internationally and building technical knowledge.
    • Maintain a genuine interest in making a difference in our business and providing exceptional service to clients.
    • Develop innovative design solutions using a safe systems design approach.
    • Utilize skills in a digital environment across various design, analysis, and modelling software from AutoDesk or Bentley suites.
    • Continuously improve technical ability, modelling capability, and efficiency.
    • Work collaboratively with Global Design Centre colleagues and clients in South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
    • Hold a relevant qualification (BEng, BSc, or B Tech) in Civil Engineering.
    • Possess at least 4 years' experience in geometric design of roads and highways.
    • Demonstrate strong 3D modelling capabilities, particularly in Civil 3D and/or OpenRoads Designer.
    • Exhibit problem-solving skills, relationship-building abilities, and effective communication skills.
    • Show interest in drainage design, programming, coding, and computational design automation.
