    Warehouse Manager Job Description

    The Warehouse Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of stock within the warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory levels, accuracy in stock reconciliations, and compliance with quality standards.

    • Collaborate with 3PL providers to streamline logistics and distribution operations.
    • Manage and coordinate all dispatch activities to ensure orders are shipped in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Supervise and lead a team of Dispatchers and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
    • Regular audits and reconciliation processes.
    • Ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment, minimizing stock discrepancies.
    • Optimize space utilization and maintain an organized, functional, and clean warehouse environment.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
    • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into stock performance, trends, and forecasting.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all stock management systems.
    • Monitor and maintain quality control standards within the warehouse, ensuring stock is handled and stored appropriately.
    • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to align stock management with overall business objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics partners.
    • Lead, motivate, and develop the stock management team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in warehouse management or logistics.
    • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management.
    • Very experienced with dispatching and stock management.
    • Experience working with 3PL providers and coordinating logistics operations.
    • Proven managerial and problem-solving skills.
    • Seasoned in ERP systems with a proven ability to manage inventory and reporting functions.
