Our Client currently seeks an expeience PA for the director


Requirements:


  • 6 + years experience working in a similar role
Well presented, tidy and hard worker.

  • Own car and drivers licence a must.

Key Responsibilities:


Calendaring:

  • Maintain diary for our director, scheduling internal and external meetings, communicating with clients and business partners
  • Proactively spot opportunities to add internal and external meetings; interviews, staff meetings, follow up screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- carrying out background research and presenting findings
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- organising and attending meetings and taking minutes
- liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.


Events and planning:

  • Execute requested followup calls for client mailingsTravel Arrangement:
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation, bookings etc
  • Coordinate travel efficiently by grouping client meetings where possible

Daily administration:

  • Work with the management team to organize meetings
  • Running office errands on request.
  • Advance MS and Excel
  • Open to work after hours as and when required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to R22,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
