Our Client currently seeks an expeience PA for the directorRequirements:
- 6 + years experience working in a similar role
- Own car and drivers licence a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendaring:
- Maintain diary for our director, scheduling internal and external meetings, communicating with clients and business partners
- Proactively spot opportunities to add internal and external meetings; interviews, staff meetings, follow up screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- carrying out background research and presenting findings
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- organising and attending meetings and taking minutes
- liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Events and planning:
- Execute requested followup calls for client mailingsTravel Arrangement:
- Coordinate travel and accommodation, bookings etc
- Coordinate travel efficiently by grouping client meetings where possible
Daily administration:
- Work with the management team to organize meetings
- Running office errands on request.
- Advance MS and Excel
- Open to work after hours as and when required
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to R22,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
