    Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

    Centurion is seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our design team. This exciting opportunity requires strong mechanical design and first principle skills, as well as effective management abilities.

    About the Role

    This leadership position within the design environment will involve:

    • Team Leadership: Guide and direct design engineers on technical matters.
    • Customer Interface: Collaborate with customers to establish and prioritize design resource utilization.
    • Work Delegation: Assign tasks to engineering personnel and ensure timely completion.
    • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, communicate milestones, and plan for non-compliance.
    • Design Review: Organize and lead internal reviews to ensure design soundness and compliance.
    • CAD Design: Lead CAD design activities and manage design resources.

    Requirements

    • B Eng. or B Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Mechanical design engineering experience (5-7 years).
    • Strong 3D CAD experience.
