    **Branch Manager Role**

    We are seeking a qualified Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations and ensure alignment to the organisational business goals.

    The ideal candidate should be able to deal with stress and negative feedback effectively, handle pressure from staff, management, customers, and meet business targets.

    This role requires a tough-minded individual who can take ownership and lead a profitable, sustainable business unit, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

    The successful candidate will oversee and control all operational aspects within the branch to ensure profit and overall growth, while maintaining organisational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage, lead, motivate, develop and empower branch employees to deliver on business goals.
    • Effectively implement the organization's business model, manage targets and operations to maintain a healthy, profitable business.
    • Provide excellent customer service in the Branch by playing an active part during customer contact situations.
    • Manage and control financial areas of responsibility to stay within company accepted norms and manage risk to the business.
    • Increase sales by ensuring good customer service and stock management.
    • Minimise stock loss through compliance with security measures, stock and cash handling procedures.
    • Drive a low-cost business according to company standards by controlling and managing financial areas of responsibility.
    • Ensure administrative duties within the store are in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Guide, manage and verify operations within the Branch to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory legislations.
