Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., networking, social media, job boards) to attract top talent.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruitment team members.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Track and report key recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
Participate in business development activities to expand client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or inhouse recruiter, with a focus on seniorlevel positions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
Excellent negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
Leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
