    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Payroll Specialist.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Process payroll for at least 50 employees per month, with the ideal candidate having experience processing payroll for 100 employees or more.
    • Manage claims, leave, advances, and living out allowances.
    • Process contractor invoices and payments to staffing service providers.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Sage VIP Professional software.
    • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data management.
    • Experience in timesheet-based or rate-per-hour contract payroll.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Reliable transportation for travel to Secunda branch, Sasolburg Operations, and Meyersdal Office.

    Benefits:

    • Ideal candidates will be based in the Vaal Triangle area (Sasolburg, Vanderbijlpark, Vereeniging, Meyerton).

    Working Conditions:

    • Standard 40-hour work week from the office located in Three Rivers, Vereeniging.

    Relevant internal training will be provided.
