As the Outlet Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant outlet, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include managing the team, maintaining high standards of service, controlling inventory, and fostering a competent and motivated workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning to deliver outlet business goals
- Motivating and coaching team members
- Effective decisionmaking and problemsolving
- Continuous training and development
- Performance analysis and review for improvement
- Expertise in food and beverage costing
- Indepth knowledge of food and beverage products
- Specialized beverage knowledge, including wine and coffee
- Team planning and operational management skills
- Experience in product development and stock control
- Proficiency in computer systems, preferably Micros/Opera
Qualifications
- Hotel School Diploma or equivalent National Qualification at a Diploma level
- 56 years in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Flexible availability for shifts
- Physical ability to move equipment
- Willingness to work in alternative outlets as needed
