This iconic JHB hotel wants you to join their F&B Team


As the Outlet Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant outlet, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include managing the team, maintaining high standards of service, controlling inventory, and fostering a competent and motivated workforce.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategic planning to deliver outlet business goals
  • Motivating and coaching team members
  • Effective decisionmaking and problemsolving
  • Continuous training and development
  • Performance analysis and review for improvement
You need;

  • Expertise in food and beverage costing
  • Indepth knowledge of food and beverage products
  • Specialized beverage knowledge, including wine and coffee
  • Team planning and operational management skills
  • Experience in product development and stock control
  • Proficiency in computer systems, preferably Micros/Opera

Qualifications

  • Hotel School Diploma or equivalent National Qualification at a Diploma level
  • 56 years in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Flexible availability for shifts
  • Physical ability to move equipment
  • Willingness to work in alternative outlets as needed
