Debt Solutions SA, is looking for a hardworking, dynamic, experience

Training and Recruitment Officer

to join our team and get involved in the recruitment and training of our brand ambassadors.


Responsibilities:


Training:

Create and develop content
Delivery of training content (train) to the standard required in order to unlock the capabilities of the brand ambassador teams
Testing/assessing through role play and on line platforms
Make training fun


Talent:

On going advertising and in field recruitment
Assess, vet and disqualify using platforms eg Indeed
Specialist recruitment within a call center
Quality control of talent
Operate independently from operations team
Maintaining standards
Able to carry out recruitment process from start to finish
Building profiles for casting


Requirements:

Proven work experience in a call center
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, role-play etc)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as demonstrating own initiative
Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining flexible during any period of change based on the needs of the business
Computer literate
Degree or diploma is advantageous

Salary R7500 to R8000
