    We're looking for a skilled Account Manager to join Spur-Corporation's team.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners, ensuring their satisfaction and joint success.
    • Create and execute customized account plans to maximize the value of each partnership.
    • Closely monitor partner performance metrics and develop strategies to optimize results.

    Partner Development and Acquisition

    Identify and onboard new strategic partners that align with our company objectives and values.

    Key Tasks:

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover potential partnership opportunities and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with the Partnerships Marketing Manager to negotiate terms and facilitate commercial agreement finalization.

    Co-Marketing and Campaigns

    Plan and implement joint marketing activities, leveraging digital and in-store/outdoor activations as necessary to promote shared goals.

    Objectives:

    • Develop co-branded campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Work closely with various teams, including marketing, operations, contact center, and brand departments, to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives and communications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a liaison to ensure both partners and operational teams have the necessary resources and support to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Collaborate internally to guarantee on-brand, relevant, flawless execution of partnership initiatives.

    Strategy and Reporting

    Contribute to the development of our overall Partnerships strategy.

    Deliverables:

    • Provide regular reports on partnership performance, opportunities, and risks to stakeholders.
    • Monitor and manage the partnership budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI).

    Problem Solving and Escalation Management

    Address partner queries and effectively manage escalations.

    Expectations:

    • Serve as the go-to expert for all partner-related matters and franchisee support, transforming challenges into opportunities for improvement.
