Debt Solution SA is recruiting for a skilled and driven HR Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Cowey Park Center.


Requirements:


  • Grade 1 2 to 3 years' recruitment experience
  • Relevant call centre / bulk recruitment experience (advantageous)
  • Tertiary Qualification in HR or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of use of social platforms eg.
Gumtree ,Indeed

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and possess initiative
  • Excellent organisational and leadership ability
  • Comfortable with all aspects of the recruitment process and the management thereof
Salary 7500 negotiable plus com

Commission structure will be discussed during the interview.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
