A busy upmarket steakhouse restaurant located in Sandton.

Standard Restaurant Management duties will apply. Seeking a well-experienced and rounded Restaurant Manager who can run front-of-house operations of a 450+ Seater busy Restaurant. Proven stable track record in similar role required.

Qualifications
Relevant Qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

Skills
Able to engage well with staff and Guests. Willing and able to work the irregular hours the industry demands over evenings and weekends. Good operational management skills. Efficient working methods. Good problem solving skills.
