    Description

    Job Title: Business Advisor Level 2

    The primary goal of this position is to provide business development services primarily to micro and small enterprises.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Provide relevant business advisory services and information to micro and small enterprises.
    2. Conduct business diagnostics using relevant tools.
    3. Facilitate and manage the implementation of interventions and business growth strategies.
    4. Monitor and evaluate the improvement of client business position.

    Requirements:

    1. Matric (NQF level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) qualification in Business Management/Commerce/Engineering/Project Management.

    Work Experience:

    1. 3 – 5 years' relevant work experience, where at least 2 years' experience as a business consultant/manager/business owner.
    2. Good understanding and knowledge of the small enterprise development sector.

    This role is based on a thirteen-month fixed-term contract. The salary range is R375,071 - R441,260 per annum.
