    Job Description:

    The Marketing Team Leader plays a pivotal role in driving the companys renewable energy solutions through effective marketing strategies. This includes leading a team of marketing professionals, managing campaigns, and collaborating across departments to promote sustainable energy.

    This key position is responsible for aligning marketing efforts with business goals, which involves conducting market research, formulating marketing strategies, and managing multi-channel campaigns. Additionally, the Marketing Team Leader will define and maintain the brands voice, position products/services effectively, and manage launches.

    The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or a related field, along with 3-5 years of marketing experience and 2-3 years in a leadership role. Strong skills in digital marketing, analytics, and content management are essential, as well as expertise in brand management and marketing strategy. Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities are also required.

    The selected individual will be responsible for:

    • Conducting market research and formulating marketing strategies
    • Managing multi-channel campaigns to achieve business goals
    • Defining and maintaining the brands voice
    • Positioning products/services effectively
    • Managing launches
    • Leading and mentoring the marketing team
    • Collaborating across departments (sales, product, PR, etc.)
    • Managing budgets and optimizing campaign spending
    • Overseeing content creation, SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing, and social media
    • Tracking KPIs, analyzing data, running A/B tests, and reporting on campaign performance
    • Developing marketing materials to support the sales team
    • Ensuring high-quality leads
    • Staying updated on industry trends and experimenting with new marketing techniques
    • Building and managing customer loyalty programs
    • Tailoring marketing strategies for specific branches/locations
    • Ensuring consistent brand messaging
    • Overseeing multiple brands within the company
    • Allocating resources efficiently
