A company that offers digital business cards that is linked to an authorised Financial Services Provider is looking for a Client Relationship Agent to join their Team.

Are you Detail orientated? An excellent communicator both written and verbally with extensive experience working on Microsoft Office and Mail Merging.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Mail Merging
Proficient in Managing a Database
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
Flexible and dynamic

Duties and Responsibilities
Dialling clients to schedule appointments
Precise diary managements skills

Educate clients on company and appointment expectations
Provide product and service information to customers
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
System management on applicable software
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned
