    Knowledge and Content Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    We are seeking an exceptional Knowledge and Content Manager to join our team at Communicate-it. Our client is a fast-growing company dedicated to empowering individuals through access to information.

    About the Role

    In this critical position, you will be responsible for managing and curating a vast pool of knowledge to support our client's mission.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement effective content management strategies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of knowledge to stakeholders.
    2. Create engaging and impactful content across various platforms, including written articles, videos, and other multimedia formats.
    3. Maintain and update existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content into marketing campaigns and product launches.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a content/knowledge management role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including video editing software.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
