The Manager needs to promote and grow the business, manage service, wait/bar staff, and kitchen team, and ensure that customers are receiving excellent experiences.

You will also manage inventory and resources, and ensure that quality and safety controls are followed. You should be able to work with diverse personalities and diffuse tense situations.

Individual should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently, should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem solving, observation, and interpersonal skills.

Manager Responsibilities:

General Manager position available with leading restauarant and bar, 5+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 3+ years must be as GM will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English.

Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills.

Salary:
Up to R35,000.00 per month
