This magnificent luxury wine estate at the base of the Helderberg Mountains offers a recently renovated ultra-chic Terrace Restaurant and Fine Dining Wine Pairing and Menu "sampling" Cellar experience.

Offering innovative menu ideas and trending cuisine, our award winning head chef has put together a unique guest experience whether its a visit to the 120 seater "super-fresh" Terrace for lunch and under-cover summer dinners or more formal, quieter and intimate dinners in the 48 seater "cellar restaurant".


We are in search of an ORGANISED, SERVICE-FOCUSED, FUNCTIONALLY ORIENTED and polished Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operationsand manage a busy team, ensure exceptional 5* service standards and showcase the estates signature cuisines and wines.


REQUIREMENTS:

Hotel Management or equivelant F&B Service / Hospitality or Business qualification.

WSET or Cape Wine Academy qualification essential.

At least - 6 years industry experience within recognised a la carte / fine dining establishments

Strong leadership skills, demonstrating a confidence in planning, directing and managing staff and systems.

Effective administrator, showing attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.

Experience in dealing with staff discipline, training, implimentation of SOP's and controls.

Highly proficient in Point of Sale Systems

A sense of URGENCY in responding and reacting to matters as they arise.
