Description

A well established consulting company is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant to act as lead Consultant during BEE analysis and reporting to clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years BEE experience
NQF 6 or relevant qualification
Advanced excel skills
Ability to understand, interpret, convey and do analysis and training on all BEE legislation, regulations and other relevant legislation such as company law and accounting systems
Have a good understanding of all the BEE Sector Codes
Explain and interpret all the legislation and documentary evidence required
Check authenticity and validity of documents supplied by the client
Understand, analyse, interpret and validate complex ownership structures and industry charters

Principle duties and responsibilities:

Information Analysis:

The analysis of financial, supply chain, skills development and payroll information to determine the clients' adherence to regulatory requirements and to determine risks and confirm gaps.

Report Writing:

Writing formal reports about the findings of the analysis.

Verification Preparation:

Review BEE verification files as prepared by the Associate Consultants or BEE Associate Assistants before submission.
Provide guidance and assistance where required.
Ensure procedures are practical and implemented accordingly.

Strategic Plan:

Monitor implementation of strategic plans and provide feedback on BEE scores, improvements and risks.
Liaise with clients on risks and/or improvements.
Brief external experts where required.
