    Your Role:


    As an Impact.com Engineer, you will drive and take ownership of various technologies to build features enabling large-scale processing of data supporting Impact.com Products. You will collaborate with a team in an Agile/Scrum environment, working independently to explore new technologies and make strategic recommendations. Your contributions ensure the delivery of high-quality code and software solutions meeting dynamic needs of internal teams and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop backend services on the cloud powering our user interfaces
    • Assist frontend developers with UI changes
    • Create powerful APIs for partners and advertisers
    • Participate in the full product lifecycle, including ideation, prioritization, coding & testing
    • Learn new technology and teach peers everything you know

    Requirements:

    • Hardworking, passionate & dedicated individual
    • Knowledge of Spring Framework
    • Experience with REST APIs – nice to have
    • 2+ years of experience using Java and MySQL
    • Love working in the backend or frontend
    • Experience building on cloud platforms, GCP, Azure, or AWS
    • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
    • Creative, enthusiastic and fun, with attention to detail
    • A fast learner who loves solving problems
    • A great communicator who enjoys working with other smart people
