Job Description

We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. As a valued member, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes or facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic care and assistance with personal hygiene, including washing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and support with moving and toileting.
• Administer medications under the supervision of a registered nurse or family members.
• Document patient condition and progress.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) for patients.
• Monitor vital signs and record them.
• Perform basic wound care.
• Manage feeds for tracheostomy babies using feeding pumps.
• Observe changes in patient conditions and record them in daily reports.
• Write reports in good English.
• Assess sleep routines and record them, adjusting care plans accordingly.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of treatment plans set by other team members (doctors, NSMs, or physiotherapists).
• Good communication skills with supervisors, colleagues, patients, and family members.
• Knowledge of emergency situations with patients at home.
• Geriatric Care, Paediatric Care, Dementia Care, Post Stroke Care, Ventilation Care.
• Catheter care knowledge (indwelling, supra pubic, intermittent).
• Pressure sore prevention knowledge in bedridden patients.
• Trachea care knowledge or experience working in a unit with tracheostomy patients.
• Suctioning of trachea patients.
• Infection prevention knowledge for all patients.
• Skilled report writing.

Qualifications:

• Diploma as a qualified Enrolled Nurse.
