    Description

    Role Overview:

    The Retail Business Support Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and supporting retail operations to ensure efficient and effective operations while maximizing profits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Analyze retail operations data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    2. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of retail operations.
    3. Provide guidance to retail managers and staff on implementing operational best practices.
    4. Assist in developing and implementing retail strategies to increase sales and profitability.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
    6. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate retail performance.
    7. Assist in planning and executing retail promotions and events.
    8. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in retail operations.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
    2. At least 3 years of experience in retail operations or business analysis.
    3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    7. Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
