    We are seeking a talented Draughtsman to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate individual to bring their skills and expertise to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Drafting and Design: The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, plans, and schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional drafting techniques. This includes floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
    2. Collaboration: Our ideal candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements, design intent, and technical specifications. They will collaborate on design modifications and improvements as needed.
    3. Code Compliance: The Draughtsman must ensure that all drawings and plans adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements. They will stay updated on relevant building codes and regulations.
    4. Materials and Specifications: The successful candidate will select appropriate materials and components for construction based on project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
    5. Accuracy and Quality: A high level of accuracy and quality in all drawings and plans is essential. The Draughtsman will review and revise drawings as necessary to meet project standards.
    6. Documentation: The candidate will create and maintain a comprehensive set of project documents, including drawings, revisions, and design changes. They will organize and archive project files for future reference.

    Requirements:

    1. A higher certificate, degree, or diploma in architectural drafting, architecture, or a related field is typically required.
    2. Proficiency in computer-aided design, specifically Revit.
    3. Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building materials.
    4. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
    5. Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting work.
