    Business Development Manager Job Description

    A fast-growing and dynamic company in the online gaming space is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive expansion through strategic partnerships, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, and digital advertising (PPC). This high-impact role focuses on casino, sports, and crypto gaming.

    This exciting opportunity will challenge you to lead innovative growth strategies, leverage emerging technologies like Twitch and streaming platforms, and maximize revenue opportunities.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute bold, data-driven strategies to attract new users and drive revenue growth, with a strong focus on casino, sports betting, and crypto gaming.
    • Manage and scale affiliate programs, identifying new partners to expand reach while ensuring continuous lead generation and performance tracking.
    • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic collaborations with brands, influencers, and key players in the gaming and crypto industries.
    • Oversee and optimize high-ROI PPC campaigns, leveraging digital advertising to drive targeted traffic and customer conversion.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract crypto gaming audiences, integrating blockchain technology and crypto payment solutions into acquisition efforts.
    • Build and execute a strategy to engage with gaming influencers, Twitch streamers, and digital content creators.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends in iGaming, digital marketing, esports, and crypto gaming, making proactive recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements for this Role:

    • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record in business development within iGaming, sports betting, or online gaming.
    • Strong knowledge of casino, sports, and crypto gaming, including user acquisition, affiliate marketing, PPC, and digital advertising strategies.
    • Experience in sponsorships, influencer marketing, and collaborations within gaming, esports, or crypto, with a well-established industry network.
    • Familiarity with blockchain technology, crypto payments, and emerging platforms like Twitch and YouTube to drive engagement.
