- Offering general assistance to the Group Compliance Team in managing the daily compliance activities for the Product sector
- Supporting the Group Compliance Team through monitoring and reporting tasks as outlined in the Annual Group Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Identifying compliance priorities and aiding the business in developing effective Compliance Risk Management Plans (CRMPs) and documenting them in the risk management system
- Collaborating with operational management to address non-compliance issues and reviewing actions taken to ensure compliance
- Coordinating and/or supporting responsibilities related to regulatory changes
- Delivering monthly and quarterly compliance updates to the heads of the Group Functions and providing Quarterly 2nd line Compliance Reporting; and
- Granting 2nd line compliance approval on business documents and initiatives in accordance with regulatory standards

- Legal Qualification (LLB / BCom Law / BA Law)
- IT Proficiency: Competence in utilizing software such as MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Report Writing: Capability to draft reports for operational management
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present findings to operational management
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex, interrelated data and information
- Planning and Organizing: Strong planning and organizational skills
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred
