A well-established organisation in Cleveland, Johanesburg is seeking a Administration Clerk to join their team. Salary will be discussed in the interview.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Previous metal industry experience will be an advantage
  • Must be computer literate in MS Office
  • Must have previous expierence in filling in VAT forms
  • Must have previous expierence in filing of paperwork and ensuring paperwork is up to date

Key Performance Areas:


  • Checking paperwork against the monthly price list to ensure correct prices are on the paperwork
  • Scanning purchase notes and sending them to customers and requesting tax
  • Creating cash remittances and EFT requests for payments to customers and to the company.
  • Creating collection requests
  • Checking weighbridge report and updating the tonnage collected per
  • Packing of cash payments and checking that cash received is
  • Updating payment schedules to ensure they balance
