    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conducting research on sports and destinations
    • Creating engaging and visually appealing information documents, including images and clear descriptions
    • Managing and sharing information with preferred travel agents
    • Resizing and editing images
    • Sourcing and mapping stadium or track layouts
    • Analyzing sales data to evaluate product performance
    • Identifying package enhancements and value-add opportunities
    • Updating reservation systems with package details and pricing
    • Collaborating on the full scope of package development
    • Communicating effectively within a team and maintaining a positive demeanor
    • Working efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

    For the Product Development Assistant position, the ideal candidate should have a background in one or more of the following areas:

    A candidate with an Education or Experience in one or more of the following qualifications is the ideal candidate for this position:

    • Travel and

    Tourism Management:
    Has knowledge about the travel industry, customer service, and destination management.

    • Marketing, Communications, or

    Public Relations:
    Has skills like creating appealing content, conducting market research, and communication strategies that are valuable for product development.

    • Graphic Design or

    Multimedia Design:
    Useful for creating visually appealing package presentations, resizing images, and designing marketing materials.


    Work Experience:

    • Travel Industry: A minimum of three years in roles like travel consultant, product development, or reservations is essential. Experience working with travel packages and destination research is a plus.
    • Marketing or

    Content Creation:
    Experience in creating engaging documents, sourcing images, and presenting information clearly and creatively.

    • Sports Travel or

    Event Planning:
    Direct involvement in organizing travel for sporting events or managing logistics for sports-related activities.

    • Data Analysis or Research: Skills in working with sales statistics, researching destinations, and evaluating product performance are advantageous.

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Practical knowledge of reservation systems and business tools like Excel and Word.
    • Familiarity with the global sports landscape and major sporting events is a bonus.
    • Any international travel experience adds value by offering firsthand insight into destinations.
